The Beekman Arms and Delamater Inn encompasses a range of 73 uniquely styled and elegantly decorated hotel suites in the Hudson River Valley. The landmark Hudson River Valley Inn's 13 romantic guestrooms and suites offer contemporary comforts, including private baths, air-conditioning, and telephones. Twenty-nine of the rooms feature fireplaces. The Motel, located behind the original Inn, offers contemporary guest rooms with air-conditioning, televisions, and in-room refrigerators. Pets are allowed in this section of the property.

The historic Delamater Inn is a complex of seven buildings, including the landmark Delamater House, designed by Alexander Jackson Davis in 1844, a rare example of American Gothic architecture. The house is comprised of seven guestrooms, a living room, pantry, and porch. Courtyard Rooms are located in various newer buildings, each with a working fireplace and a king, queen, or two double-size beds. Four rooms have small galley kitchens with a microwave and coffeemaker. The Germond House dates from the mid 1800s and offers four junior suites, each with a bedroom and separate sitting room. A two-night stay is required on seasonal weekends, May through October. Non-smoking rooms are available.

The Beekman Arms offers a comfortable respite for business travelers. In-room comforts include a telephone and dataport. Complimentary continental breakfast is included in the room rate. A business center is on the premises and offers photocopying and audiovisual services.
