Airlie’s conference planners can help hosts design exciting teambuilding programs such as culinary competitions, ropes courses, and fishing lessons, or arrange for hiking in the nearby Shenandoah National Park, golf outings, and horseback riding in the immediate area. Federal Room
With over 2,500 square feet of space, the federal room is an elegant meeting space with natural light and views of Lake Stanley. The federal room can host up to 240 guests. Airlie Room, a rooftop terrace, a refreshment break area, and two breakout rooms are adjacent.

Jefferson Room
The Jefferson Room is a sophisticated room adjacent to the rooftop terrace. With a capacity of 144 guests, the venue is perfect for strategy sessions, receptions, or meetings that benefit from indoor-outdoor flow.

Rooftop Terrace
Airlie offers the rooftop terrace for an outdoor venue with sweeping views of Lake Stanley and the surrounding landscape. The space is suited for receptions, cocktail hours, or outdoor breakout sessions for up to 100 guests.

East Room
With over 1,300 square feet, the East Room is a spacious venue for meetings of up to 144 guests. The East room offers natural light, views of Lake Staney, dedicated restrooms, and a private balcony.

West Room
The West Room is a 317-square-foot space designed for board meetings, breakout sessions, administrative support, or event registration. The venue can host up to 30 guests.

North Room
The North Room is a 235-square-foot space designed for board meetings, breakout sessions, administrative support, or event registration. The venue can host up to 21 guests.

Audubon Room
Part of the village-like cluster of event buildings, the Audubon Room is a character-rich space with exposed beams, slate flooring, and a stone fireplace. The 891-square-foot venue can host up to 72 guests and is adjacent to the Tack Room and Old Post Room.

Tack Room
Part of the village-like cluster of event buildings, the Tack Room boasts abundant natural light, views of Lake Stanley, and a stone fireplace. The 818-square-foot venue can host up to 80 guests and is adjacent to the Audubon Room.

Old Post Room
Part of the village-like cluster near Audubon and Tack Room, the compact Old Post Room is designed for administrative usage or breakout discussions.

Foxes’ Den
The Foxes’ Den is purpose-focused space that can host up to 36 guest for intimate meetings or administrative usage.

Garden Room
With its wall of windows overlooking Airlie's stunning formal gardens, the Garden Room is a light-filled and intimate space that brings the outdoors in for groups of up to 42.

The Market
The Market accommodates up to 32 guests in a re-imagined loft-style venue with lakeside views and an expansive outdoor deck. The 1,800-square-foot venue is great for creative sessions, receptions, or hybrid indoor-outdoor events.

The Heritage (Main)
Located on the tranquil Airlie Berkshire Farm and Reserve area overlooking Berkshire Lake, The Heritage can accommodate up to 120 guests. The space is a flexible two-story venue with fireplaces and a deck with lake views.

The Reserve

Pavilion
The Pavilion is an A LEED certified indoor venue with a 360-degree covered veranda offering panoramic countryside views. The venue can host up to 280 guests and is ideal for large meetings, private events, or retreats requiring both privacy and space.

Harry’s
Harry’s is Arlie’s onsite restaurant and bar with a patio overlooking the grounds. The venue is perfect for after-wedding brunches, corporate meals, or gathering after an event.

Top Golf Swing Suite
Harry’s is home to its own Topgolf Swing Suite, an elevated dining and entertainment experience featuring a vast screen showcasing diverse multi-sport games, cozy lounge areas, and Harry's vibrant ambiance.

The Smokehouse
The charming Smokehouse venue is spread across two rooms and two levels, with a built-in bar, fireplace, soft seating, and wood paneling. The Smokehouse is 925 square feet and can accommodate to 98 guests.

Lakeside Tent
This permanent, 2,000-square-foot event tent is located behind the Smokehouse, offering plenty of grassy outdoor space. Adjacent to Swan Lake, the Lakeside Tent is perfect for a fire pit and lawn games, and an adjoining Grill House makes BBQs and cookouts a breeze. The outdoor venue can hold up to 220 guests.
